Eco-Cafe in Le Marais - Paris

This is a great restaurant in the famous Le Marais area of Paris. Les Philosophes - "Eco-Responsables", with a great menu of house-made decliciousities like the Onion Soup, Rillettes (porc pate), Boeuf Bourguinon, and great salads, like the Salad Philosophes
(warm goat cheese on toasts, cured duck, prosciutto, lettuce, shredded carrots, endive, beets).

You can also have a lovely time sitting outside with a glass of wine. Even in the winter it is pleasant, as the seating area is covered and there are heating lamps. With each glass of wine, you will be presented with a small plate of little breads with toppings like cheese or cured meats, at no charge. Wine of the month is 3.50 euro per glass, or choose a glass (or bottle!) from the extensive list.
